Summary Notes from Hall Trustees’ meeting 28/11/23

  1. Agreed to form a Finance Committee to help to set budgets and suggest provisions and priorities for capital expenditure and other tasks as required. To be chaired by the Treasurer.
  2. Work continues towards launch of online booking system.
  3. The range of equipment provided in the kitchen is to be expanded.
  4. The Hall Quiz Evening raised over £1,650; thanks were extended to all who donated or supplied food and raffle prizes.
  5. Events to celebrate the Hall’s 50th Anniversary in 2024 are being planned.
