Summary Notes from Hall Trustees’ meeting 26/3/24

  1. The Brighton Beach Boys Concert will be on 4/10/24.
  2. Interviews for the full-time caretaker and the part-time administrator positions at the Hall would be taking place on 4/4/24 and 5/4/24. A contingency plan was in hand to cover the period before appointments could be taken up.
  3. The new batteries (to store solar energy) are in place.
  4. A new flower bed will be created in the rear garden, to celebrate the Hall’s 50th Anniversary.
  5. The new (simplified) schedule of hire charges is now available on the Hall website. All regular user groups would be sent a letter about the new rates.
