Summary Notes from Hall Trustees’ meeting 25/6/24

  1. The full-time caretaker post is being advertised on commercial recruitment sites, with a closing date of 10/7/24.
  2. In the meantime, opening, setting up and closing of the Hall continue to be carried out by a volunteer team.
  3. Audrey Cheeseman has decided to retire as the Hall’s bookkeeper. The Trustees are most grateful to her for her long and dedicated service.
  4. Steps are being taken to improve the sound system in the Whittome Hall.
  5. The AGM of the Henfield Hall Trust will be held on 15th October 2024 at 7pm. Four of the current Trustees will be required to stand down.
