Summary Notes from Hall Trustees’ meeting 27/8/24

  1. Audrey Cheeseman has been presented with a rose bush to mark her retirement as the Hall’s bookkeeper.
  2. There will be a review of online booking system – Hallmaster – with regard to priority bookings for regular, frequent users.
  3. Marc Holdstock, the full-time Caretaker, will become the named person on the Bar licence.
  4. Hirers at events where more than 100 people are present, must appoint a designated Safety Steward for each room hired, in accordance with the Terms & Conditions for booking.
  5. Henfield Theatre Company will be paying for professional modification to the gantry above the stage, so that a new projector may be installed.
  6. Members of Henfield Theatre Company were thanked for assisting with the PAT testing of lighting and stage equipment.
