Henfield Hall AGM

Annual General Meeting 20 October 2025

Notice is hereby given that the third Annual General Meeting of the Henfield Hall CIO will take place in the Garden Room of the Hall on Monday 20th October 2025 at 7:00 pm, for a 7:30 start.

All residents of Henfield and the surrounding area are invited to attend.
Light refreshments will be served after the formal meeting and there will be an “Open Forum” at which Trustees will take questions.
The Henfield Hall is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation, totally independent of any government body or department. It is managed by volunteer trustees.
The CIO’s Constitution specifies that, at this AGM, any co-opted trustees and one-third of each class of trustee should retire.
We therefore invite nominations from “all the people of Henfield and the surrounding area” to join the team and become a trustee, either individually as an “elected” trustee or through their club or group as a “nominated” trustee.
The Constitution stipulates that only members of the Henfield Hall CIO may vote at meetings.
