Henfield Hall AGM 2026
There will be an “Open Forum” at which Trustees will take questions.
The Henfield Hall is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation, totally independent of any government body or department.
It is managed by volunteer trustees, six of whom are elected from local residents (“elected trustees”) and five from local not-for-profit organisations, who are regular users of the Hall (“nominated trustees”). One “ex-officio trustee” is appointed by the Parish Council.
The Constitution stipulates that only members of the Henfield Hall CIO may vote at meetings. Membership is free, so why not join?

We therefore invite nominations from “all the people of Henfield and the surrounding area” to join the team and become a trustee, either individually as an “elected” trustee or through their club or group as a “nominated” trustee.
