Normal Rates One off bookings and events that are not held for profit - don't charge, or who make a nominal charge, for activities/events
Regular Rates Any community organisation or person that books the venue a minimum 6 times a year - regular user rate is not available for Commercial users.
Commercial Rates - Any organisation or person that operates as a business and any other organisation which makes a charge based on market or commercial rates for the events/activities.
- Commercial Introductory Rates may be available for new business customers for a 6 month trial - please contact us for more information.
- Commercial Regular Rate may be available for multiple bookings in a calendar year - please contact us for more information.
Day Rate is charged for more than 8 hours hire
Terms of Hire
Except for our regular users, all HIRERs booking the Garden Room and/or Main Hall will be required to pay a 50% deposit with the Balance due SEVEN DAYS before the event.
Regular HIRERS may if necessary cancel bookings without charge up to ONE month prior to the event.
Special rates are applicable for some types of events. Please see at bottom of the page if your event is one of these, as rates may vary from those advised by the on-line booking form.

Additional cleaning charge may be applied if the hall is not left in the condition in which it was found.
Bar
Licenced bar available 7pm - 11.30 pm (other times by arrangement)
A minimum spend at the bar of £300 is required.

Please note that all hirers will be asked to comply with Henfield Hall's policies at all times. These are available on the website and hirers should make themselves familiar with them prior to their booking. Confirming the booking will be taken as agreement with this.
